Clients and Partners.

AstraUTM has implemented and deployed UTM systems under various regulatory frameworks in territories across 5 continents.
AstraUTM has worked with various ANSPs, Government Entities, and Enterprises, providing the best solution for the airspace management.

1.Fintraffic ANS - Finland.

Fintraffic ANS – Finland AstraUTM is currently being deployed for Fintraffic ANS and serves as the primary drone flight authorization tool in Finland. Our UTM solution seamlessly integrates with Fintraffic’s ATM Data/Systems and provides added capabilities such as Drone Flight Authorisations and enhanced VFR/IFR flight planning services.

2.Dubai Civil Aviation Authority - UAE.

AstraUTM has been implemented in the Emirate of Dubai by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) as the primary metropolitan drone registration, tracking and alerting system. The DCAA solution deployed all core and optional UTM modules, including pilot and drone registration, centralized flight applications and evaluation, live flight tracking, and monitoring with GSM trackers.

3.ENAV S.p.A - Italy.

The AstraUTM platform was used as a Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) solution, and included pilot and drone registration, centralized flight applications and evaluation, live flight tracking and monitoring. Our team mapped the draft regulations for BVLOS flights, and integrated them into the system for flight approvals and compliance monitoring.

4.Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Airports Authority of India (AAI) - India.

DGCA has established the project for conducting experimental Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) in India, and AstraUTM is one of the final 7 consortiums selected as participants. AstraUTM has implemented a dedicated instance which also provides a JARUS SORA Application for Risk Assessment for the consortium drone operators

5.Airmarket - Canada.

Deployed in a 425km corridor in the remote wilderness of Northern Alberta, Airmarket is using AstraUTM to facilitate trials in the oil and gas industry, in conjunction with the Petroleum Technology Alliance of Canada (PTAC), as well as one of North America’s leading energy infrastructure companies, by providing drone based Sensing Data Services. The data generated through these trials will be used by Transport Canada in the development of regulations for BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) drone operations, and the delivery of commercial cellular-enabled UTM services. AstraUTM has made available its full suite of capabilities for this project including Tactical Deconfliction and Digital Surface Modeling engines for real-time traffic advisory notifications and obstacle avoidance services respectively.

6.Expo 2020 Dubai - UAE.

Expo2020 Dubai implemented AstraUTM for the entire 6 month duration of the event, and tasked the AstraUTM team with the responsibilities of Drone Traffic Management as well as managing all low level airspace activities on site, such as Fireworks, Drone Light Shows, Skydiving, Hot-Air Balloons, Falconry, Kites, and Light Shows. The AstraUTM system handled all operator / drone onboarding and registration, airspace authorization requests, real time activity tracking, and ensuring compliance / conformance to airspace policies and procedures put in place by the AstraUTM team. Upon completion of the event, Expo2020 commended the project as an astounding success, as a wide variety of airspace activities were safely and successfully integrated into a relatively small area over the site.

7.Airseair RPAS - Colombia.

The AstraUTM solution is a key component of drone delivery trials that are being conducted by Aerocivil Colombia in the city of La Ceja, Colombia. Airseair RPAS has partnered with a retail group to establish approved drone airspace corridors from a dedicated retail fulfillment center to pre-designated residential communities. AstraUTM is at the forefront of managing the delivery drone traffic.
